Room was very clean and updated. Was here to see Biltmore which was 10 minutes away. Location is on a very busy road (4 lane highway) so get a room in the back unless you don't mind traffic noise. Very nice breakfast spread is included. Texas Roadhouse is a 2 minute walk next door!

Family trip with a kid… we had everything around. Restaurant next door was a plus… it was very convenient and start was very friendly.

The wifi is not a secure connection when you have to connect thru a 3rd party. i have had issues with my computer in the past because of this type of connection and it cost me $75 to cleanup my computer. The customers deserve better than this.

Decent value
We were looking for something close to Biltmore estate and not to wildly priced. It was clean and stay was friendly. It was right on the main highway around the interstate and our unit faced the road, so it wasn’t necessarily quiet. It was well maintained and, once inside comfortable for our needs, but certainly not elaborate.

The hotel was fine and I would stay here again, but only after the drinkable water is restored. I am disappointed that Hotels.com does not disclose this.
