The place was dirty, furniture was worn out, the mattress was worn out, and other lack maintenance and upkeep issues. Not even close to being a 4 star, they deserve a no star for making you think it is a 4 star hotel.

I liked the location but our unit was beat-up. The bathroom tiles were scraped as was part of the hardwoods. There was only one towel rack so some hooks to hang clothes etc were needed. Otherwise we were satisfied.

Apartment style
Our room was more like an apartment. We appreciated the separate bedrooms as we were traveling with our adult daughter. The kitchen and living room provided a place to hang out. We even had dinner on the balcony one evening. Location was convenient to Biltmore and downtown. I would highly recommend.

As 3 women traveling together we LOVED the fact that we had 2 full baths and 3 separate bathroom sinks! It was very comfortable and felt like home away from home - not a hotel. The full kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. After 4 years of traveling together this was the best experience ever (excluding the luxury hotel with our own personal butler) and one of the cheapest vaction spots we have visited. We were all ready to just move in and live there. EXCELLENT experience, highest recomendations ever!

I'll be honest, I read some questionable reviews but I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. The pool was clean, the staff were pleasant, the location is great, the room was clean and huge. Happy customer!

Beautifully maintained property! Beds were comfortable, kitchen and living area were clean, updated, and functional, neighborhood was safe and quiet, and the pool was perfect for the kids. Great value for money. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location with a view!
Wasn’t sure what to expect, but was more than happy with our stay. The king suite (one room) with pull-out couch was perfect for our family of 4. The pool area was great with a great view of Asheville. We did call about the hot tub the week before and was told it was open, but it was under construction when we arrived…no big deal (it was 90 degeees out!). Will definitely be staying again for longer if we can.

Nice place to stay near Biltmore. Would be great for a small family, sofa pulls out into another bed. Full kitchen with a dining area, living area and separate bedroom. The bath had a large shower and a single-person jetted tub. Lots of parking, elevators, in a quiet area. Liked the little balcony to sit outside and have morning coffee. The pool looked good, but we were disappointed that the outdoor hot tub was out of order. Definitely an older property, we saw a lot of water damage which had been repaired and some damaged railings and soffits. The furniture is circa 2000, heavy wood, dark fabrics and lots of tile. All things considered, we'd stay again. It was good to have a little extra room to relax between antique hunting and Biltmore visits.

Eh skip. Arrived with two small children to a very dirty room when I called the manager at 4:30pm said he housekeeping is gone and he could send cleaning tomorrow or refund the room. We were there 3 nights and from out of town so refunding wasn’t really an option for us. So I chose to have them come back the following morning between 10-12. I came back around 12:30 and nothing was clean. I called the following morning and requested them to please come and clean before 1pm because both children nap in the afternoon and again came back to a dirty room- for the amount of mold, mildew, and dirt that was in our room I expected a quicker response and disappointed our room wasn’t cleaned once during our whole stay. Room numbers on the side of the building was covered by trees which made it hard to read. The pool isn’t handicap accessible, which made bringing the stroller in very difficult. Hot tub was down. No towels. Location is good. The manager did get 10 percent off my first night but honestly after all that I would not be returning or recommending.

Our stay at The Residences at Biltmore was a wonderful surprise. The price was very affordable and staying in a suite was far better and more comfortable than an individual room. The location was the most convenient for dining and touring Biltmore grounds. Check-in was easy as well as the check-out process.
