If you're arriving via Itami Airport, pick up your luggage, flag down a taxi and travel 50 kilometres southeast.

From Imanishi Family Residence to Former Kometanike Residence, you aren't going to run out of things to keep you entertained. You should also be sure to visit Kawaike Residence and Takagi Residence. The city centre also offers an assortment of sights to appreciate, such as Nara Park and the Kofuku-ji Shrine. You'd be crazy to go back to your hotel room without calling in at Kasuga Shrine and the Nara National Museum as well.
