Old-fashioned hotel by the sea
Have seen quite a few reviews about this hotel being old and worn down, but decided to give it a try anyway for its location. Overall it was a pleasant experience, even though one can surely feel the age of this hotel. The location is easy to get to by car. Just need to follow the GPS. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Old and overpriced
I was greatly disappointed in the rundown state of the hotel. I was shocked at the amount of money Expedia charged for this type of room and experience. The paint chips and debts in the hallway walks, small room bathrooms, construction noise and finally the two hour fire alarm testing was just horrible. I guess we were really paying for the hot springs, location, meals and shuttle bus. I felt greatly overcharged and will not recommend this hotel.

また夏に行きたいホテル♫
ホテルの眺望、従業員の方々の対応は最高でした。気持ちの良いサービスを心がけているのを感じました。 清掃も隅々まで行き届き気持ちよい滞在が出来ました。 食事は美味しかったのですが、会場の人数が多すぎる為すし詰め状態でゆったり食事を楽しむという感じではありませんでした。しかしバイオリンなどのディナーショーもあったので楽しむことは出来ました♪ コロナ対策はしっかりしていました。

家族旅行におすすめ
市内からちょっと離れたホテルで、市内やローズガーデンには、バスが行き来している。 車で行くと宿泊駐車場がちょっと離れた場所にあるが、頻繁にバスで輸送してくれる。 家族旅行で行ったが、子供たちは満足してた。 若干、料理や飲み物を注文してから来るまで時間がかかった。

夜の花火は最高でした 部屋からよく見えて海に映る花火も感動的でした それ以外の遊戯施設はちょっと物足りなかったですが お風呂もとても良かったのでいい思い出になりました

新しい建物ではないとおもいますが、特に水回りは汚れが気になるところですがきれいに清掃が行き届いているとおもいます。対応していただいて嫌な思いをすることもありませんでした。コロナ禍で迎い入れる側も不安があるでしょうが快い対応をしてくださいました。ありがとうございました。
