4Fの温泉が良かったです。スタッフの対応は全体的に良かったが、食事の際の説明が人により差がある。食事は品数もあり満足でしたが、夕食の料理は全体的に冷めていて、提供スピードが早かった点は残念でした。窓側のテーブルは照明位置の影響で暗かった。
