The night we checked in the attendant was difficult to work with. Subsequent employees were very nice and helpful. There was only one handicap spot and it was always occupied by what seem to be non-handicapped automobiles. At times this became very inconvenient.

It was OK.
Allowed me to check in early. Gave them an alternate form of payment for the room and the gave it back to me. I didnt realize that she never used it. So it came it came out of a diff acct than i wanted. But whatever. TV didnt work. Called the desk. Guy said he was coming up. Never came. Hot was amazing though. Which was what i wanted anyways. The shower head in the shower need to be cleaned. Some paint chipping from constant water spatter from the tub. Overall, i literally had to go work and get in the hot tub After. It did that

The staffs are friendly, but the room we checked in had so many fruit flies and we had to ask to switch to another room. Breakfast was not as good as expected. Other than toilet paper, no tissue provided in the bathroom.

Quick overnight stay
Last minute overnight stay.. due to local road construction the location seemed a little off the road. We trusted the reviews and booked. hotel was clean and comfortable with a continental breakfast.. especially impressed with the shower, it had decent pressure.. for the price it was a great value.

I have stayed here before without incident. This time, check in was horrible, the desk clerk literally ignored me and 5 other guest while she chatted on the phone about her schedule, other staff members, etc. She never even acknowledged us with a look or a "I will be right with you", . Apparently she put me in a room that was marked "dirty". And then gave my room to someone else who was a walk in. So at 11:30 pm a gentleman starts banging on my door, asking my name, and demanding I open the door. He DID NOT even identify himself as an employee. He then explained how they gave me this dirty room and that he would "just comp" this poor couple who now had no place to stay in the middle of the night. I went back to bed and now could not sleep, and I looked at the ceiling and there was black mold! So now it made sense why this room was marked dirty. Of course I had no recourse as the hotel was fully booked so I slept in my car. I reported all this to the desk clerk as I checked out but I did not receive a reply from Management.
