Wonderful one bedroom accommodations! Check-in was super easy. Immaculate building and apartment. Very quiet and with no outside nose at all. Includes two washers and two dryers downstairs with complimentary laundry detergent and softener. (Very nice and oh so appreciated!) This safe and secure property has been exceptionally renovated with every modern convenience needed for our stay. Air-conditioning is automated, quiet and works flawlessly! These two seasoned travelers are very impressed with this property and the owner who is a superb communicator and lives on site.

We booked this place because of the location and fair prices. And we were more than happy with the place, location, but especially the service. We were contacted on WhatsApp right before our trip by the Operators of the location. They handled everything for us including setting up a Taxi to the location. They gave us recommendations as to where we could get some great food in walking distance. Gave us a map of the area with directions and places we should go and see in walking distance as well. Even included great places to eat on those maps. We forgot our US to Euro charge adapters and they went out of their way to loan us some @ 11pm at night when we arrived. The personal touches are what made this place so amazing. It's not a hotel room as much as it's a small apartment room with everything you need including a small kitchen. It's even stocked with tea and coffee and dinnerware etc., pots and pans if you want to cook for yourself. It was meticulously clean and tidy as well and totally worth the price. They even had lockers to hold our full size luggage so we could make the most of our last day there after checking out without dragging our bags around. I only wish the beds were softer and had toppers on them. The small (twin size) mattresses on the king size frame were uncomfortable with the seam in the middle and they liked to separate. I'd suggest adding a king size topper which would hide the seam and make it more comfortable. And if you're a hot sleeper bring a fan!

This is a stylish property with great amenities in the heart of several well known Athens neighborhoods. The hipster kids and the baby boomers were equally impressed. The washer and dryer was an unexpected plus. The wonderful owner found, informed, and held my son's misplaced sport coat for an upcoming wedding. Truly above and beyond

I had an issue with my luggage with my flight. Despite of the issue, this stay was very positive. The place was very comfortable and clean, Nicolas and other staff was super helpful for my issue and stay. The location is also quiet, close to Metro, Parthenon, local restaurants and great view of the hill. The bed was comfortable as well. I would come back to stay again.

The property is spacious and very clean. Great location if you want to walk 10 to 15 minutes to the Monestiraki. The host Nicolas is the best and so helpful. Highly recommended especially with families too as it gives you all the space and amenities.

Oh my goodness no matter what I say about Thissio Greece u around Athens will not be enough..Our room was incredible, clean, spacious, with all the amenities available. So modern!!! Everyone was so accommodating and gracious, very polite and the most incredible people we have ever met. Our room was cleaned and towels and bedsheets were cleaned constantly..we had the best time. Highly recommend them with 5 stars. Cant wait to see them again. Thank you.

The apartment was very clean and had everything you need for a stress free vacation, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels, cooking ware/ essentials. The apartment it self looked new, has a terrace and a laundry mat downstairs. The location is very convenient, safe and quiet neighborhood with coffee shops and restaurants near by. It is a few blocks away from tourist attractions and city center. It is very easy to communicate with the person in charge very welcoming and helpful.

This hotel exceeded out expectations! The price, location and condition of the room were all top notch. Nikolas was also an incredible host who made sure to welcome us and make us comfortable when we arrived. He gave us a ton of information on the room and the surrounding area and provided us with a map of the city where he marked out areas of interest for us (outside of the obvious areas like the Acropolis). He even marked out where the playgrounds were for us to bring our daughter. When we got to the room Nikolas provided us with an infant crib, some blankets and a towel for our daughter, which was incredible. The hotel itself has 6 different suites, and we had one with two bedrooms, a full kitchen setup, living room, two bathrooms and a wrap around balcony. For the price, it was absolutely incredible and provided us with so much space to hang out while our daughter was napping. The hotel also has a beautiful roof top terrace which we had dinner on one night. We were about a 10 minute walk from Ancient Agora, and the walk there was beautiful (if you go down the pedestrian street). We were also about 15 minutes away from the Acropolis. There are a few coffee shops and grocery stores close by, and tons of restaurants in the area. I would look up restaurants before venturing out as you are in a fairly major tourist area, so sometimes the quality doesn't match the price. If we went back to Athens we would 100% book with Nikolas at these suites again.
