Decent, but Overated !! I paid more thinking I'd get more, but I get more from a holiday inn for the money. free breakfast, free coffee, renovated rooms, etc. Staff was nice but the hallway smelled like something died nearby, the aesthetics are cheaply renovated from the hot tub to the outlets and showers, but the service is as if it's 5star and it was pool/hotub was indoors. So yay for that.

Not a single employee said hello to us except for the maintenance man in our hallway. The staff were friendly when I went up to them. I have never had this experience at any Marriott location. I also try to stay at a Marriott just because of the customer service. I “Hello” to your guest in passing goes a long way!

Both the bathroom floor and the bathroom door were stained. And no, it wasn't just condensation. This prevented me from having a pleasant stay as I thought the entire room was dirty.

The internet was not free!! We were charged $15 a day for WiFi that I only even used because we were told it was free and it says on Expedia free WiFi. When we logged in on the tv there was a Free option and an option for higher speed internet. We chose the free one and were still charged! The front desk just kept saying the internet used to be free but not anymore. Nothing that they can do about it and were very dismissive. Horrible customer service from the lady at the desk the day we checked out!!
