Beautiful condo
Beautiful condo, very clean. Property manager answered any questions I had regarding the property in a timely manner. Close to most sports stadiums downtown, I would book again.

Extremely unsafe neighborhood
We booked this property because of its proximity to Mercedes Benz arena but that was its ONLY benefit. First, the area/neighborhood is EXTREMELY sketchy. We had multiple people tell us at the airport and on the Marta we should change hotels. We thought, "It couldn't be that bad, right?" Well, it was... we arrived at night and had homeless people immediately approach us and follow us. The area to get your key was impossible to find at night and found ourselves wandering around the building as more people on drugs walked by yelling at us. The place is completely gated up and cannot be accessed without the key fob so we were stuck walking the streets and completely unsafe. The ARMED security guard finally saw us and helped us get in the unit. We listened to gun shots all night. The actual unit was in poor condition. The heater and single TV did not work. The hot water heater was TINY and barely lasted one shower. The shower knob fell off when you turned it. There was no safety lock on the door besides the deadbolt anyone with the code could open. Worst experience I've ever had with a hotel, and I travel ALOT.
