Worst Stay Ever!!!
I arrived 25 min early asked for an early check in which has never been an issue and any of my previous Country inn stays at other locations. I was told $50 with a nasty attitude in her tone. I opted to wait wasn’t paying for just 25 min. I then went back to the counter at 2 min till 3 pm as she called me back to the counter I then asked for a room on the 1st floor she told me none were available. Then after she gives me a room on the 3rd floor I here a couple asking the other guy checking g them in if their was anything available on the 1st level he told them yes there are then I looked at her and asked for a corporate number she told me she didn’t have it. Then as you can see in the pics they give you rooms they don’t even check this room had ceiling pieces dropping everytime a door opened or closed and when brought to her attention again with an attitude she says so what are you trying to change your room still nothing available on the 1st floor I told her don’t worry when I return I’ll take pics and locate a corporate number myself when I returned it was cleaned up even though I had already taken my pics. The morning I was leaving there was a guy at the counter asked him for the corporate number and he gave it to me but was hesitant in giving me her name when I asked for it after describing her I told him he could give me her name or his then he says it’s Micey then I left. I will never stay here again !👎👎👎👎

I liked it was right next to Georgia state stadium but i didn't like how the room smelled and the chairs in my room had stains and smoke alarm went off every time i took a hot shower. The bed was nice and comfortable. Needs to be up dated.

I had no hot water in sink - told staff twice - they said that someone would fix - never fixed in the 3 days, extremely worn out carpet and tile in rooms and hallways, paint was poor - bathroom had unfinished patched ceilings - extremely dusty and dirty. Staff was freindly and helpful - overall property was not good

I was refused a room after prepaying for a room because the night desk clerk felt that I should not have a right to request to change the room, it was extremely small! She liked to her Manager on the phone that I made them lose a customer, because she was uncomfortable discussing the hotel's policies. it's been almost a week and they are still holding my funds for a 3 day stay !! PLEASE RETURN MY $$ SINCE YOUR HOTEL REFUSED ME SERVICE!

Roaches
The temporary stay (12 hrs) i had at this hotel was horrible. First i was told (in-person) that there was no room available for an early check-in so i had to wait until 3pm. I called 2 hours after i left and was told that early check-in would have to be done in person. Once i showed up again back to the hotel, they tell me that early check-in isnt available and i have to wait until 3p. Upon check-in, the elevators were in poor condition and there were signs indicating that we cant eat in the rooms. I would later get told by staff that i could eat in the room but ahouldnt keep the food in there because the "roaches will come". I go back to the room and find a dead roach behind the TV. i left the room that morning and staff couldnt check me out because they were in training so they had to call someone 3 times to check me out. The hotel THEN charged me fpe a 3 day stay when i didnt stay there for 3 days and the refused to refund my money.

Had a really good stay. The building is in the old side but that was the only downside. It’s enjoyable quiet even though it’s right off of the main highway. It’s also located about 10 minutes from downtown so there is always something to do. I would stay here again!!
