This hotel is extremely dirty! We stayed for 4 days and they never came to clean the room despite asking them several times to clean it. When we received the room the bathroom smelled bad and was dirty. We found fleas in the beds. We couldn't eat breakfast because it tasted horrible. But above all the attention from the front desk was incredibly terrible! They were disrespectful and rude. The truth is that it was an expensive stay that is NOT worth staying! Horrible hotel!

Good comfortable clean option for a transit night
Big clean room with a good mattress and good amenities (iron, bathtub, kettle,...) Pleasantly surprised, as I expected a grim airport hotel The breakfast is ok. Don't trust the shuttle schedule : show up at least 15 min before. Also : they only pick up/drop off at the domestic terminal, so allow plenty of extra time to go to/from the international one. Note that windows can't be opened for fresh air, which may be an issue for some (like me)

It’s a renovated property that looks pretty good. The beds are soft and comfortable, not really close to anything walkable nor would you want to because of the area but it’s a close drive to stuff.

I chose to stay at the Country Inn Hotel in Atlanta because my previous stay at a different location was great. When I arrived at the hotel, the first thing that I noticed was the “curb appeal.” This facility looked run down, uninviting, and looked like the picture that was advertised. I literally wanted to turn around and find another hotel, but my entire stay was already paid for. As I proceeded to check in, the receptionist was very polite and accommodating. When I got to my room, there was a loud chirping sound coming from the smoke detector that would not cease. When I attempted to reach out to the receptionist, the room phone did not work. So, I had to go back downstairs to get another room. My next room seemed to be fairly decent, but the bathroom had some issues. The sink was clogged and the water was slow to go down. The fixtures on the tub were not properly installed as the faucet protruded from the wall and the drain plug was broken. In addition, the elevator looked run down, old, and dilapidated. The lights for the numbers to indicate what floor you were coming to didn’t work and you didn’t know what floor you were on . The paneling was broken and looked horrible. Overall, my stay was”ok”, but it’s those “little things” that I mentioned that make a difference. If I had to rate this hotel from 1-10, I would rate it a 2 and would never stay at this facility ever again!
