The elevator was not working during our entire 3 night stay, and our room was on the third floor. That made it very inconvenient for us since we had children and a lot of luggage with us. The microwave also did not work for us the first night so we couldn’t heat up any food for our kids. Other than that, it was ok and it was close to Stone Mountain.

My family got stuck in the elevator twice with once being over 30 minutes and the fire department had to respond and break into the elevator to rescue us! This happened two separate days! Although we allegedly were reimbursed this issue has been an ongoing issue according to the Firefighters! They said the first day they could see metal that was causing it to malfunction!

A Really Excellent Place to Stay

Amazing stay. However, I never received the full clean service on the 3rd day/night of my stay. My room was overlooked. But in spite of that one cliche, my overal. Stall was great!
