Wasn’t disclosed until AFTER I had already paid, drove 9 hours, and was there to check in-that I’d have to pay $54 just to PARK. Room was not clean. Multiple towels and wash rags looked dirty/stained. There was toothpaste splattered all over the wall of the sink (not us). And there were someone’s very “personal” hairs throughout the bathroom and shower. And there was no business center for computer access. I had to go down the road to another hotel to be able to use a computer for work.

Jeannelle the front desk agent was absolutely wonderful, she should be praised. I am a Marriott-loyal client and I usually stay at Courtyard or AC, this was a pretty standard Courtyard but the microwave on my floor was not working and there was a smell throughout the hotel that wasn't great (not in the actual room though). Jeannelle did mention the carpets were being cleaned and may be damp, so that could have been the reason. I would stay at this Courtyard again, but I would hope for it to smell a little fresher next time.
