Decent place for the rate
The hotel was mainly ok - not terrible and not excellent. Our room was decent - clean and comfortable. The service aspect left much to be desired. We had no coffee pods in our room. We asked repeatedly for some to be brought up- that never happened. The breakfast room started out so nice - table set, plentiful food but when more and more people filed in, the table service was reduced to plastic ware, food was not readily replenished and some was just completely gone by 9:30 am. The one and only employee in that giant room was doing her best - kudos to her - but it was a job that required much more staff. It took forever for the hot water to start even after running the shower for 5 minutes and the drains all backed up. The front desk was overwhelmed - not enough staff and we were refused a printed bill when we checked out. The excuse given was complete BS but we did not have a way to override what we were told. Now, with all that said, the rate we paid was quite reasonable and knowing what we know now we would stay here again for that same rate but not a dollar more.

The staff was welcoming and warm. The property was very nice. However the floor I was on (8th) was under construction. I paid for the breakfast buffet for each day however I would recommend skipping it and going outside the hotel. It’s cold and bland. My room had multiple roaches in it. I found them on 2 different nights. At checkout the front desk supervisor offered 1 night refund however because I booked through Expedia I had to have them connect with the hotel to get the credit. As you can imagine that didn’t work out and Expedia refused to honor the 1 night refund.

Comfortable but minor issues.
The room was clean but had a weird odor which my defuser quickly got rid of and the tv screenhad a permanent mark on it. The only other issue was the long wait at check in.

The overnight staff was very helpful due to my situation of someone breaking into my vehicle before I returned to the hotel. They made me feel as if I wasn't alone and assisted with helping wrap the broken window. They removed the valet charge as well.

The young lady that checked us in was PHENOMENAL! I am sorry I didn’t get her name, but she was a tall thin AA women! There were several issues going on at the front desk, but still she managed to be courteous, proffresional and patient with all the guest! Kudos to her! There was only one server at breakfast, she also kept her cool and was very nice to all the guest even though they weren’t always nice to her! We had a pleasant stay!

The manager charged us 250 fo parking we already paid for and was very rude did not want to help us in any kind of way. Very disappointed
The carpet in some spots was wet and the room smelled like mold and mildew. When reported we were told there was no manager available to accommodate us. Also, I had to use my cellphone to call the hotel from the room because the room phone did not work.

Tired from your journey, it not over yet!
Extended wait time to check in. The telephone in the second room did not work. The thermostat was broken in the first room and the remote was missing. There was no make-up mirror in the bathroom. There was a problem with my meal at the restaurant that was later taken care of but I had to wait even longer for my meal. Long walk from the parking garage. It was located across the street from the hotel!
