Mrs. Lesley was very nice and helpful, although her hands were tied because she was the only person working and there was a system failure with the room cards, and she had to individually walk each customer to their room. She deserves a raise, bonus, etc.

The room did not have a chair except for the desk chair. The only way to watch the TV or to read a book was to do so in or on the bed. The facility is showing its age with no updates. The location was fine.

Special thanks to Sidon at front desk and Rosie in housekeeping. They made us feel like family! This was our second time staying at this location and we enjoyed the both of them each time we stayed for the duration of our time! They had excellent customer service and very friendly people! Also, Joseph at the front desk was very friendly and helpful during our stay. He helped me with the printer and was very nice during our stay. My husband wanted me to shout out the two gentlemen that assisted with getting another TV in the room because the one we had a dark picture. They immediately took care of the problem so he could watch the game. He was soooo happy and stated they were very friendly and nice!!! He wanted to make sure I gave them a shout out but he did not get their names. Please let everyone know that it was a pleasure meeting everyone and appreciate the excellent customer and wonderful experience we had during our stay at your Northlake location. A Big Thank You!!!

We checked out this morning. I would say 2.5. Disappointed. Shower was not working properly. Faucet needs to be fixed. Hardly any water coming out of the shower head. Only 2 coffee creamers were available. No extra towels or blankets in the closet. No USB ports. Antiquated. Room def needs an upgrade.

My only issue was that my water bottles, coffee pods and creamers weren’t replenished. My ice bucket or glass that I used wasn't cleaned. But the bed was made and clean towels were replaced.
