The hotel room was unbelievably dirty: stinky smell, stains on the walls and the floor, broken lighting fixtures. I could not believe this is Marriott. This is the worst Mario I ever stayed in my life. I’m sure that half of roadside motels cleaner than this Marriott. I still in disbelief that this is possible. But whatever this hotel has, this is a complete lie. I have taken a few pictures of how dirty the room is. This is a really disgrace.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. This was our first time visiting Duluth and we will DEFINITELY be back. Hotel staff was lovely, friendly, welcoming. The location of the hotel is in a PERFECT spot. Close to I-85 and lots of dining options as well. We definitely recommend exploring all that Duluth has to offer while staying at this great hotel. We’ll be back!

Got to the property after 3pm. Was told our rooms wouldn’t be ready for another 40 minutes. After waiting they came with a solution that if we downgrade our rooms then they can go ahead and get us in it and we could wait there until our other room was ready. I guess they got tired of seeing us sitting in the lobby waiting. She made it seem like it was our fault for booking a king suite and that type of room takes a long time to clean. No! Check out time is set so that the staff can get the rooms ready for the next set of guests. Your staff and staffing issues are the problem.
