I would have rated the hotel at a five but our first night there, we arrived late and wanted to order food at the bar. They had an issue with our puppy being with us and we were over charged an extra drink and my salad never came with its dressing it took almost 30 minutes to receive it.

I loved the comfortable bed and cozy room as well as the 24 hour market downstairs in the lobby. All of the staff were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend and would definitely book again when I visit Atlanta.

The property is still under renovation, though the hotel rooms are finished and amazing. Great stay and location with friendly staff.

Went when construction was supposed to be finished, it was not and the construction could be heard from everywhere on the property. Room was smaller than it looked in the pictures, said a roll-away was available, but not sure where you would have put it? Front desk employee that checked us in was very uninformed. Forgot to mention club suit amentities, couldn't clearly explain room/pricing options, and charged both rooms for daily parking even though we had 1 car. Food was served in the library. Was asked several times to pay for breakfast when it was included in our stay. Garden was closed for the entirety of our stay because "weather"; I went on long walks in the area surrounding the hotel everyday with a jacket and had no issue. No space at all outside of the room to sit and read quietly. I'm sure after the renovations it will be much nicer, but we did not enjoy our stay. I will say breakfast was better than most.
