AC/Heat issue
Good morning, I experienced issue with the Ac/Heating unit. My room temperature was set on 66 degrees, I tried numerous of times to set the heat temperature, which was unsuccessful. I had to call the front desk and request the maintenance department to come into #310. There he explained to me that facility was experiencing issue with the unit. He had to literary go into the bathroom ceiling and manually switch the unit from AC to Heat mode. I asked the question if i should request the AC to be turned back on would I have to call the maintenance again. The gentleman informed yes; I would have to call the front desk again for service. I wasn't satisfied with this particular encounter.

$30 a night for parking is kinda ridiculous, The hotel looks run down. Needs to be painted and cleaned up. We were on the 8th floor and the elevator was so loud in our room it woke us up a several times. We will not be staying at this location again. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

The only thing that makes this place nice is the staff which is very cordial and attentive, the hotel itself needs a facelift and a prompt remodel is very dated there are better places around for the same o better price, the bed comforter was stained with make up from previous guest I believe they never changed the sheets.

They had a wine opener and an HDMI cord that I needed. I love this hotel! It's withing walking distance of so many places. I'm always afraid that hotels will have mold, so I was very pleased to smell a mold free environment.
