I’ve stayed here multiple times within one year and never had such a poor experience with the staff. They were not approachable and the young gentlemen with the red hair upfront must’ve forgotten he was at work talking to paying customers. My room did not have a full ironing board but a table top board. The corner room wasn’t ready so we were only offered a downgrade. However the next morning the cleaning staff came and knocked on our door 3 times starting at 9:30AM!! How ironic.

Would have been amazing, had hotels.com provided the room that I selected on the website that was accompanied by specific pictures of the room. The Hampton Inn and Suites staff was amazing and accommodating. The hotel.com CSR was indifferent, minimizing and completely unhelpful. This was a 71st birthday surprise for my wife. Given the for crap customer service that I got with hotels.com, as a gold member (the reviews online suggest that means nothing to the company), I have decided to go elsewhere and give someone else my money. Just reserved another week's stay in Ft. Myers with another online reservation site. Would have done it with hotels.com, as I have done so often in the past. Not any longer.

My son and I had a great visit. It was directly across from the subway station. Restaurants are in walking distance. The surrounding area is mostly residential and quiet. The building has safety features for access and a safety monitor downstairs. The lounge and checkin on the top floor was really cool. Breakfast was included and had lots of options.

Stayed there! Loved It!
I stayed 4 nights and it was excellent! All the staff were courteous and helpful; from the front desk to the valet. Everyone was very nice. The hotel was decorated for Christmas so it felt welcoming. It was clean and quiet. The location was perfect. The midtown neighborhood had a great vibe it felt like the heart of the city. I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in town.

This hotel is located right next to Marta station and the area is walkable to midtown and georgia tech. Extremely convenience. Breakfast has good choices. I really enjoyed the top floor lobby -breakfasts are served here and a bar is open at night. It has great views of the Atlanta skyline with high ceiling - a perfect place to hang around at night if you want to get out of the room. The room has everything I need and offers environmental friendly shampoo/gel in large dispensers. The gym is at the top floor next to the lobby with great views. Will definitely stay there again.
