Great stay. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. My only constructive feedback are the following : shower faucet is set up backwards, hot is to the right and cold is to the left, glad I checked before hopping in! When initially turning on the ac/heater it made some rattling noises, that did go away after a few minutes luckily.
The property itself was amazing with wonderful amenities. I booked an executive room and enjoyed the lounge and perks. However, the room itself was an issue. The bed was rock hard, the floor would have been more comfortable. The sheets were extremely rough and scratchy. one pillow matched the energy of the bed while the other felt like it was stuffed with tissue paper. I’m not sure who Hilton had in mind when developing the Serenity products. All that I could have tolerated, however, the room was extremely hot no matter how much I tried to adjust the thermostat. I was lucky to get 3 hours of sleep.
