Thanksgiving Stay at the Hilton
The overall appearance of the hotel was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, cleaning was service was great, however the rooms could use upgrades I’m regard to new carpets and walk-in showers. The service was pretty good as well no complaints there. One huge problem I had was being charged twice to totaling $300 in addition to the incidentals and paying for the room in full upon arrival. When I noticed the unauthorized charges (2) I went to the service desk to inquire. My bill was pulled and they immediately saw the discrepancy. I was informed that the system had a known glitch and that it does that sometimes and there nothing that could be done about it. The charges would fall off of my account as if they never existed. This was very concerning and poor service in my opinion because to not address a known glitch is diabolical when it pertains to the money of your guests who have already paid for their stay especially around the holidays. I wasn’t offered another option and the associates seemed to have no care or regard for the glitch. Because of this glitch I was unable to complete my Christmas shopping with family during this thanksgiving holiday which is a tradition in my family. This issue highly inconvenienced me and truly hope this “glitch” in the system gets fixed so that it doesn’t interfere with people’s money or whatever else they have going on while on vacation trying to enjoy a nice vacation.

The hotel was extremly inconvenient because they did not have a microwave or wifi. You had to pay an extra $25 for a microwave or go down to the lobby to use it for free(was super dirty). Same for the wifi it was an extra $10 or you can use it for free in the lobby. Then they shut off the hot water all night and did not even give is a credit. The service was horrible every time I called the feont desk no one would answer, even though the hotel was empty. Dont waste your time this place sucks.
