The staff were very nice! However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the state of my room was far from acceptable. Looking back, I wish I had saved my money and opted to stay at the airport.

This property was beyond perfect for my occasion. Just what I pictured in my mind for my mothers 80th birthday went just as I wanted. We had a few guest come by to visit on their large out door patio. One it got cool out. We transferred right in side the doors to a small quite corner. Which was perfect to continue our quite celebration.

When we arrived it was in the evening. We walked to the front desk, and the person at the front was really rude. They also gave away all of the king beds even though thats what I paid for. But we were exhausted so we justvwanted to sleep. Well he gives us another room and we walk in and the bed is completely unmade, the tv was on and mcdonalds food wqs on the table. So we carry all of our luggage back to the front and he acted like it was a super inconvenience to him i fuess because he didnt have another room. We were only using the room until like 2am to go to the airport. He gad to put us in a suite room. I think he wasnt happy because they didnt want to give us a suite. Overall the experience was terrible and i wouldn't recommend.

The accommodations were satisfactory for a single night's stay, however, the quality of sleep was severely compromised due to audible disturbances caused by the footsteps of other guests in the room above. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortably unstable.
