It took 3 extra trips to front desk and a wait for the mechanic to get the door opened to enter the room. Electronic lock was broken. The phone in the room didn’t work. Had to call on my cell to ask the desk about airport shuttle

This property is well used, dated. The bedding was dirty, carpets dirty, room, lobby, hallways. Staff unprofessional, dinner service lousy. Cleaning staff seemed to be the most courteous. Lacks managements attention to details, customer service. I’m surprised Hilton allows this standard to exist.

I booked a double bed room from Expedia. Arrived at the hotel. All they had was a king size bed. I asked for a roll out. They ended up bringing what I thought was a mattress. Later that evening I went to lay down and it was a box spring. I had no issues with the hotel. My only issue is that I didn’t receive what I booked.
