The location was great for us for the weekend intended. The hotel was a bit dated but clean. The hotel does not offer any lite meal options after breakfast. It has an independent Mexican style restaurant attached which was quite nice but no other option or room service. Would have loved to use the outdoor pool but is was not in service over most of the weekend and the front desk did not seem informed as to when it would be. The elevators act up to the point on Sunday we were taking the stairs. Again notl tangible update from the front desk. But they were working late Sunday. Not sure we got a good price as I happened to check the price a day before arriving and there a room availability less expensive with the same configuration. Would I use the hotel again? Yes I would but for this stay I would give it a 3 star, although it could definitely be better with some changes.

I really liked this property. It was perfectly located and the staff were wonderful. The rooms were spotless and beds the perfect balance of hard/soft. Here's my issues. The hot tub was down for repair. I was unaware of that. It was disappointing, but it wasn't a huge deal. The biggest issue I had was the clorine content in the pools. The clorine was so strong that it was literally stinging me and my daughter's skin to the point it was painful. My son seemed to be okay. Maybe our skin is more sensitive, but we swim in pools with clorine frequently and never had this issue before. Not sure if someone made a mistake when they added the clorine and put way too much, but it really should be tested and water adjusted. Something is seriously off with both the indoor and outdoor pools.

We selected this hotel for being close to the aquarium, but I do not believe I will be choosing this hotel again. Overpriced rooms, uncomfortable rooms, no free breakfast, $40 for self parking, and only one functional elevator. Check in was easy but the lady at the front desk was more concerned with rushing through a line of others and gave zero information on where the elevators were or when breakfast was held. Speaking of breakfast for a $19 a person you can have a cheap.buffet thats free at all marriott locations and most other hiltons I have ever dtayed at in the past year. Parking is just a garage ... smelled of piss and not included in the room cost. No wonder most hotel works are on strike lol nobody is happy with what they are paying for.

We booked a room through expedia for 2 queen size beds. And was given a room that was handicap accessible which is no problem. In my opinion the beds were full size beds at best and the shower was small and flooded the bathroom everytime you took a shower. And we still had to pay the rates for queen size beds. However, Also, I hate the fact the guest were charged $40 self parking $50 valet parking but no guest-the public could park there for $20. Overall it was a nice hotel.
