Staff was attentive snd willing to help. Toilet was not wotking properly. Eventually ended up moving to another room. Television was not working in new room. Staff discovered Television was unplugged. Facility is falling apart slowly. Not the experience expected from this chain. I will not stay here again. Breakfast was good and staff extremely nice. Just an unfortunate situation that was definitely not worth what I paid.

The hotel was very clean and convenient. The clerk at check in was extremely knowledgeable and provided everything to make our stay comfortable. I informed the clerk that we had reserved another night under a separate reservation and was wondering if we would have to check out and change rooms the next morning. She emphatically state that we would not be required to check out. We only needed to come to the front desk the next morning and they would take care of the check in for the next night and we would not be required to change rooms. Unfortunately that was not what happened when we were headed to our meeting at 9:30am. We were told that we would have to change rooms since the room we reserved was not available. However, we did not have time to clear out of the room and check in another room since the room we had was already assigned to someone else. We cancelled that reservation and found accommodations elsewhere.

Stayed two nights. Very clean facility , nice location etc. First night was awaken by loud noise at 3-4 am until close to 10 am . We couldn’t not sleep at all. Second night was no better . After reporting it to the staff at desk and no accommodations made. We were there in town to visit grandchild for her first birthday since passing of father , our son 6 months ago. We didnt leave with a favorable experience from what’s is generally a reputable chain. We’re awaiting some type of follow up from the locations management.

Great except room location in the building
Everything about the stay was as expect. However, my room was directly under the general gathering area in the lobby. I'm an incredibly sound sleeper, but the chairs on the hard floor kept me up and woke me up earlier than I needed to be up. Most hotels have better insulation or use that space for cleaning and/or storage. Next time I'll be asking where the room is exactly.
