I was not aware during pre-booking that their rooftop area was closed for renovation. Had I known about this, or if the business was able to be more transparent, would've been nice. I expected this as a nice perk while visiting.

Good location in the downtown close to very good restaurants. Check in and check out was quick. Their breakfast everyday was really good, fresh and hot with lots of options and the lady in the back was meeting and greeting the guests very nicely. My room was spacious and clean with a nice view.

People were nice. Elevator was small, old and slow. The arms of the Desk chair in room was ripped and padding was showing. Air did not flow well throughout room.

STAFF WALKED IN WITHOUT KNOCKING ON DOOR I HAD AUTISTIC DAUGHTERS WITH ME AND WE WERE GETTING DRESSED BEFORE CHECK OUT A WHOLE HOUR AND A HALF EARLY STATING THE ROOM WAS ON THE MAINTENCE LIST WHICH WE HAD CHURCH SERVICE PLAYING AND THE SHOWER WAS GOING SO FOR HIM NOT TO CONSIDER THE NOISE AND THINK TO KNOCK BEFORE JUST BUSTING AND WALKING IN WHILE WE WERE STANDING AND SITTING THERE I HAVE A DAUGHTER NOW THAT REFUSES TO EVER VISIT ANOTHER HOTEL I HAVE HAD TO CANCEL TWO VACATIONS AND A CONCERT DUE TO THIS MATTER THANKS A LOT FOR SUCH AN RUDE INCONVIENCE AND WHEN I SPOKE WITH THE PEOPLE AT FRONT DESK THEY SEEMED TO NOT HAVE A CONCERN AT ALL BECAUSE ALL HE DID WAS CHECK ME OUT PRINTA RECIEPT AND STATE WOW HE WAS REAL EARLY HUH AND GIGGLED THEN WALKED TO THE STORE AS WE WERE WAITING ON VALET WHICH WAS AWFUL AS WELL.

In all my years of travel, I have never encountered such friendly accommodating staff as the ones at Home2 Suites in downtown Atlanta. They all had smiles every time I saw them. Trey asked a few times if there was anything that they could do to make my stay the best ever. Miss Zelda made sure the breakfast was hot and that your cup was filled at all times. This place is super warm and inviting and the staff made it top notch. I'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing Hotel

The hotel staff was amazing from the manager Mo the front desk lady and the valet young man great customer service when we arrived and in the morning the breakfast was Amazing and super clean ! 10/10 the best
