The staff were great. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The parking is a little outrageous. 69 dollars per night. Only downfall was parking.

This hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel. Yet the room did not have a refrigerator, microwave, or iron. These are all minimum standard items in hotels today. Also the shower in the bathroom was made to where there was no shower door and/or curtain. There was a glass wall for the shower that partially provided privacy, the other half was wide open! There was a consistant knocking/clunking of plumbing pipes throught the night in the walls. There was an active high-rise construction site across the street (very noisy). The hotel had a parking scam where they are charging people $75 per day for valet, but if you choose not to go valet you can park at the same garage for $60 but be charged everytime you go in/out. This is ludicrous! When asked about any other nearby parking, the front desk provided no assistance (tourist trap scam). But with minimal effort I was able to find a secure garage for $22 per day less than a block away, and another one for $16 per day 2 blocks away. I would not advise staying at this location.

Overall I really like it. The location was super convenient and near a lot of places as well as lots of shopping places to walk too. You don't have to leave hotel if you don't really want too. I would definitely recommend it and come again.

I think this hotel is nice but it is literally no parking spaces anywhere . You can only park in the parking garage and the prices are insane ! Other than that it is in the middle of everything so you will not be far from anything.

Loved this hotel. Professional staff who worked hard to ensure guest satisfaction. Large room, with a king bed - I loved rolling around it at night. Loved the bar area and live music. A great space to just chill and watch the world go by. I wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again
