This hotel is next to the interstate in the Lenox Mall parking lot. My 14th floor city view room overlooked the roof/ parking garage of the mall and was ugly and completely underwhelming. The AC in my room disnt work well and the maintenance came to check it and encouraged me that in a few hours the heat would dissipate...it didn't. There is a rooftop bar on the 15th floor of the hotel that we were looking forward to but it is not for hotel guests, you need a reservation and people from the surrounding community show up on Friday and Saturday night and fill it. I was unable to get my car packed by valet for 40 minites on Saturday night after returning from a concert because the sheer number of bar guests were lined up down the street waiting for the same valet personnel to get their cars so they could get into the bar. I will not return to this hotel or the Buckhead area on future trips to Atlanta. Buckhead seemed desserted and eerie around the mall and I would not feel safe alone.
