Its in a great LOCATION.. close to COCA COLA, the Aquarium and Olympic Park. The Breakfast buffet is OK.. could be improved. The charge TOO much for early CHECK IN... I tried to check 30 minutes early... and I was told first that it would cost $25.00 . A higher ranking employee let me check without charging me the $25.00

Nice hot water and pressure in the shower. Comfy beds and good yummy breakfast. Ample rooms and plenty of parking. Jerber from security went above and beyond assisting us opening parking gates, doors and making sure we enjoyed our stay!

I arrived around 8 PM, but the parking behind the gate was full, likely due to the holiday. The breakfast was great, although the dining area was quite crowded and narrow. I noticed some homeless individuals walking around across the street, which I expected since it’s in the middle of downtown. However, I felt safe with security present. Overall, my family and I had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place. Our room was a pleasant leisure spot for the kids to relax. The partition wall between the beds and living area gave the room a sense of 2 rooms without being too divided. We could still watch TV from either area. The breakfast was great. The staff were kind and helpful.

Bed sheets had blood in them and they did not change them until I asked them twice. The hotel smells like a bowling alley. The food is below average at best. If you are staying for a Georgia Tech related trip it is about a 30-minute walk and there are homeless people everywhere. I would recommend staying closer to the campus or at a nicer place. Other hotels are closer and have fewer homeless nearby. There is a nice place to eat on the same block unaffiliated with the hotel. The gym is SMALL, it contains 2 treadmills, an elliptical, and a bike; the gym is a 10x15 box that gets hot. If you stay northwest of GT there are great bars and a safer area, stay near puttshack
