The room was Nasty hair in the bed hair on the floor. They do NOT change them sheets or comforter and that’s disgusting. I would recommend looking at the room before staying in it. I was on the the 4th floor and all you smelled was weed. Hair on the pillow cases, sheets etc.

Even though the room was spacious and we had two queen beds for a family of four. My issue was with their breakfast. Even though they are supposed to close breakfast at 10 around 9:30 when we were at the lobby we saw everything was depleted. They ran out of boiled eggs with no cutlery in sight. When I asked for a refill I was told their burners are closed at 9:30. I complained to the staff that the kids are hungry and technically they are supposed to serve breakfast until 10. They even ran out of coffee She apologized and moved on with her day. I am not staying in this hotel again

Nice renovations, friendly front desk help
Friendly and accommodating gentleman at the front desk. Had minor issue with the room given—previous room was checked in by someone else, but was resolved with his efforts to make things right. Enjoyed the new renovations here—glass door shower, flooring, large tv, kitchen sink, etc., however the ac filters, under the bed, and under the sofa appeared to be overlooked during cleaning. Other minor room amenities needed repair, but I enjoyed my stay nonetheless and will book again.

Very pleasant stay.
PROS: Location! Right in the middle of food, shopping, even a movie theater next door. HUGE TV with good cable selection. TV is on a swivel so it points toward couch or bed. Very clean bathroom (my must-have), clean and comfortable bed. Fridge, coffeemaker, area for your suitcase with drawers. Bathroom was spotless and water pressure was good. Clientele was a diverse crowd, QUIET and peaceful stay. CONS: Not ONE visible power outlet in the room! Weird as it was just updated?? Outlets are behind the bed and behind the couch. Bring an extension cord! Elevators are slow, and a couple of button lights don't work which can be weird/confusing. Overall a peaceful, pleasant stay.

Everything was great except the cleanliness in our room. We do not own a dog but after sitting on the couch and walking on the area rug we ended up leaving with large amounts of dog hair on both our clothes and socks. Other than that enjoyed the comfortable beds and the breakfast was excellent!
