Upon arrival,tho parking was one of my few stipulations,I was told it was excluded due to the discount I received and wasn’t informed.They charged 100 dollars when I got there for some reason,told me places for paid parking that was confusing,they charged me more for parking then the ticket said,and the machines didn’t work to get out,as well as the guy at the parking place was extremely rude and seemed shady like it was all a scheme.I also told them I wanted nobody cleaning the room while I was there and they waited till we left and came in anyway.I will not be staying here again and don’t recommend anybody else to

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT UNTIL I WENT TO SHOPPING FOR THE SECOND TIME AT THE MARKET THAT IS INSIDE THE HOTEL, THE LADY WHO SERVED ME WAS VERY RUDE AND PROVIDED VERY BAD SERVICE THAT DAY, I HAD ALREADY BOUGHT AND I LEFT MY PURCHASE WITH HER BECAUSE OF THE EMBARRASSMENT I WAS GOING THROUGH THAT NIGHT.
