The ceiling paint fell on my partner as she was getting ready. There was mold all over the shower and bathroom ceiling and my partners asthma flared up because of it.The toilet was filthy on the inside and had a bad smell. There was hair all over the shower and bed sheets, the handle for the shower was broken. My stay was very unpleasant.

I stayed in room 231. Room 233 was the connection room and the we stayed, whom ever stayed next to us partied with loud music all night. I called the front desk at 1am to complain and was told they would take care of the issue. They never did. Finally at 6:30am the music and yelling finally stopped. I was finally able to get some sleep. Only for 45 mins though. The neighbors were back at the BS with music and carrying on. Bad experience at a bad hotel were the staff doesn’t take care of customers. Beware.

The room was great and so was house keeping but the front desk person was rude and she had an attitude and made my check in harder than it was. So yeah probably never go there again. And on the website it meantions nothing about a $100 deposit in my opinion that's entirely too much for a deposit when part of that deposit was money for food and traveling. what if I didn't have the deposit what would've happened.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was a huge plus and there was plenty of restaurants in the area all within walking distance. I was unaware of the $100 deposit prior to check in. I also found a roach in the bathroom. Hotel staff apologized and switched our room. Breakfast was okay.

we stayed here 1 night due to a 12 hour layover at the airport. We used the free shuttle service. We did not get to try the free breakfast because we had to leave the hotel at 5:35 am to take the shuttle back to the airport. The room was very nice. The towels were so soft. The TV was large. The air conditioning worked very well.

Very close to the airport, clean room and served for the night. Front desk staff did not give necessary information such as Wi-Fi, Breakfast time, parking cost. After long travel getting this information is essential to our stay.
