We had an eight hour layover in Atlanta so decided on a hotel to rest and freshen up. When we arrived the desk clerk advised us we would have to wait at least an hour before he could give us a room. We were early for regular check in as our in coming flight was early. We explained that we only had about 6 hours before having to be return to the airport and would appreciate if we could get a room an hour early. We were told we could wait and once a room was cleaned and available he would check us in. We waited and to speed up our check in we inquired about the airport shuttle times and bookings. We were told it ran every half hour and to be downstairs about 5 minutes prior. We were seated in an area that we could see the cleaning staff working on the rooms. Once we had waited for about 40 mins we checked and were told a room had just been cleaned and we could check in. We had not seen any sign of cleaning personnel around the room we were assigned. We were early for check in by about 1 hour and would have paid an additional fee to check in an hour early. Also, when leaving we went to the reception area about 20 mins before the next shuttle was due. There was different staff at the reception and told the shuttle had already left and would be at least a half hour before it returned. We were told we should have booked the shuttle. ?? Either the original staff was not well trained or was being very difficult. The hotel itself was quiet and clean but most likely I will not return

I can not evaluate the condition of the property because the reservation was cancelled at 12:30 am without any notice. The hotel alleged that they tried to call at 12:00am because they cancel rooms after 12:00am. There was not a call and our party arrived at the hotel to no rooms available. And then the front desk night manager proceeded to give 3 cards to different rooms for the party to go check the rooms ourselves to see if they were vacant. This is incredibly unsafe and was extremely unprofessional. We felt very unsafe with the situation.

The place is horrible! The front desk agent was very blah. The items in the "store" were $10 a piece. I got inside of the room and an overwhelming stench of mildew met me at the door. The floor boards in the bathroom were loose and water was oozing out when stepped on. I was only there for a 20 hour layover.. I checked right back out! Called a Lyft and went to Four Points Sheraton IMMEDIATELY! They should be ashamed of themselves and the health department needs to come out and inspection that place for mold and rodents.

The room was nice although the bathrooms had hair in the shower and on the shower walls the carpet had trash on the floor and behind the stand of the tv the bed was awesomeness i will definitely stay again its just there shouldn't be more effort on cleaning especially seeing hair in the bathrooms
