Bad Business
I told the owner I was renting the property to have a pool party before my down payment. The listing states that you can have events. He was rarely responsive. But he responded and said “No more than 10 people can stay in home.” I said okay cool. And I asked is the pool open. He said yes. I also stated that Everyone will be by the pool not in the house. Only 7 of us are actually staying. He waited until the day before to tell me I can’t have people over. I have yet to get my money back. So I wasted 7k and did not stay on the property or get a refund. DO NOT BOOK PROPERTY!!!!
