Better than i expected. The hotel Shuttle Ladies were fantastic. Super friendly, willing to go out of their way for you. The Shuttle was on time . Lots of food options around the Hotel.

Smells moldy. Pool was filthy and unusable, which sucked for our summer visit. Our first room has bugs and hadn't been cleaned. The front desk was helpful and moved us to another room, and they were the only redeeming part of the trip. Oh and we got stuck on the elevator. Overall not a good time.

The customer service particularly at the front desk was extremely dismissive, especially by young woman by the name of Sonia. She was not helpful in trying to assist me in a situation that could’ve easily been resolved. The location is convenient but the customer service is horrible.

Stains everywhere. Blood on carpet, Bathroom door had 2 holes in it didn’t even know it was the bathroom until I opened it up. Light bulb was broken, tried seeing why light wasn’t working and whole bulb was crushed. Outside of building looks just as nasty.

This reservation was never made by me. My daughter and I were stuck in Atlanta GA during the Global outage on Monday 07/22/2024. We tried several times to book a room and the reservation would not go through. My debit card has been charged for this stay. I have asked my bank to stop payment since we never stayed at this property. This Global Outage has cost me over $1000 including this purchase. I am requesting full refund and I am not happy with this incident. Because of the incident, I have had to replace my card with the bank and start over again.
