Great airport views, Shame about the weather. Had an incident where someone was given the keys to my room. The manager quickly escalated the problem and it was dealt with an apology and small gift which was thoughtful.

Great stay
Nice stay and close to the airport. Room sheets could be cleaner as I noticed in the morning, they were dirty. Front desk staff is warm and welcoming. The room is nice overall but the soundproofing could be a bit better due to sounds from other guests.

Our only issue was that we relied upon the shuttle to get us to the airport to make an early flight. We flew international (Terminal F). The shuttle driver only stopped at one stop at Departures (far from Terminal F). Security was already very busy and slow at ~5:45 am.

This is misleading - the property website indicated on airport, and while technically true, the concours hotels do not require a cab ride while this does or a shuttle that runs infrequently given how they advertise.

Super close proximity to the airport, the hotel is immaculate and clean. You’ll immediately walk into comfort and class. Hotel bar and restaurants were awesome - the food and drinks were amazing.

Old, tired and 60’s. Clearly operated on a budget. The saving grace were the staff, who with the exception of one were charming. I would never stay there again other than convenience and location next to my client. Otherwise a very sad hotel.
