I have had better nights at a Motel 6! The front desk assigned me a Runway facing room even though I had called earlier in the day and told them I'm arriving at midnight ad needed a quiet room. I did not sleep a wink due to the airplane noises. This was even with ear plugs. I will never recommend this hotel and plan to socialize my bad experience

The staff were so courteous and professional. I was greeted the second I pulled up to the hotel from the parking valets to the representatives at the front desk. The staff in the hotel restaurant were extremely hospitable. Thank you Weverly and the entire team for making my stay enjoyable!

No one picks up the phone when calling front desk, no one responds to the message in over 2 days. I was not able to confirm the shuttle pickup due to this lack of service and ended up getting uber. property is dated, the sink was clogged completely, so i ended up washing my face and brushing my teeth in the shower, since the water would not drain. I booked king bed and ended up with 2 queens instead. Since it was already 1am, i did not bother to point out the mistake. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone for the price they charged.

Another great stay !!
When ever I’m in Atlanta I love staying at the Renaissance Concourse at the airport. I had arrived early (noon) and I was able to go ahead and get into my room. The front desk assistant was so friendly!!!! Only issue that popped up was the tv was having some issues with the picture. Not a big deal because I was mostly out on the balcony watching airplanes. I did not call it in but did let the lady know when I checked out. Overall another great stay !!
