During my recent stay at the hotel, my mom experienced a significant issue with the door lock in her room. Unfortunately, the lock malfunctioned, trapping us inside the room for an extended period. Despite my attempts to contact the front desk for assistance, it took a considerable amount of time for someone to arrive and address the situation. This experience caused considerable frustration and inconvenience, as we were unable to leave the room for important engagement. I urge the management to take immediate steps to ensure that such issues do not occur in the future, as it compromises guest safety and comfort.
Additionally, parking was not included, costing $50 per day, or guests could search for a parking garage with rates ranging from $20 to $30 per day, not accounting for any other associated fees.
