before arriving, I knew I would be late check in so I called at 12 pm and inform the desk that I would be coming in super late. The guy told me that they are a 24 hour business so there would be someone. I arrived at 1 am … stood in the entry way for about 15 mins ringing the bell, knocking and calling with no attendant! finally I saw the lady coming down the hall. She did apologize and stated that she had to go upstairs for something. okay. So since it’s an extended stay, my lounging was in another middle (middle B). The outside is not bad. They have a fire pit. The outdoor pool was closed for the season. There are a few trash but what was concerning was that the entrance door doesn’t locks and it’s taped to keep it from locking. I later learned that some keycards don’t work to unlock the doors which is why it’s taped or a stick is keeping it open (side door). I had a different keycard activated which still didn’t work. so … the hallway from the front door … OMG. All I’m going to say is that the owner needs to pull the carpet out, have the floors and walls deep cleaned and new carpet install. Covering up the smell with massive air freshener is not the best idea. It’s HORRIBLE! From the hall from rooms 130 to 135 scent is disgusting to be honest. The room didn’t smell any better. I had to purchase air freshener from Walmart. The tubs are stained black, the leather couch is dirty brown, the floor was sticky, the fridge wasn’t cleaned, the microwave was dirty, the kitchen…
