The space is surrounded by wooded spaces and is within easy walking distance of many restaurants, parks and attractions nearby. The property backs up to a wooded creek; deer are sighted regularly. The property is recently renovated and beautifully furnished.
This is a detached single family home and you will have full use of it.
The Space:
The inside dining area seats 8. The great room has a 60” TV and each of the three bedrooms has a 50” TV. All are Roku TVs – enjoy your own subscription streaming services.
Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen: Keurig coffee station with pods, microwave, stove and oven, place settings for 8, full set of knives, pots and pans and more.
An outside dining area on the private deck features a grill and Edison lights.
The office / bonus room over the garage is great for remote work. Enjoy our fast gigabit WiFi internet connection.
The home has a full laundry with washer and dryer.
The home has two and a half baths: The primary bedroom has its own full bath and the remaining two bedrooms share a "Jack and Jill" full bath.
The enclosed garage can accommodate 2 cars; several more cars may be parked in the driveway.

Fun getaway!
The house was easy to find, quiet, and a great fit for our family. I enjoyed sitting out on the deck and reading on the comfy deck furniture.

Great spot
House was perfect for what we needed and had everything we needed. Our family and pups were more than comfortable.
This location suits us perfectly as it’s walkable to our daughter’s home. No complaints. Will plan to stay again!
For those traveling with dogs, the yard is “lightly” fenced - a creek running across the back means they shouldn’t be left unattended if they wander or explore. Be attentive :)
Instacart for groceries had our essentials on the doorstep when we arrived. Uber Eats (Jinya!) and lots of local restaurants nearby. Superica and Pure for Mexican are tops! Fellinis pizza is classic. The Chastain and more.
