The property was decent for what it was. A budget option. We liked the area surrounding and the easy parking and bed comfort. We had issues with room cleanliness and facilities not operating. The room smelled like cigarettes and there was no aid when we requested air fresheners for the bedroom. We resorted to buying air fresheners and candles as the smell stuck to the room and hit us every time we walked in. Regarding facilities the pool has not been open since Covid according to the front desk. This should be noted on the site. If the room and pool were clean this would have been a great option to recommend. The large budget friendly room with a stove top, and full sized fridge was very nice to have during our longer stay.

Dont let the bugs bite. Otherwise good stay
So we have stayed here a few times and each time has been a very different experience. None were too bad but there could be some updates and changes made. This last visit was by far the worst because we were locked out of our room for almost an hr because the battery to the lock was dead and we had to wait on maintenence to come let us in. There were 2 giant spider webs outside our door. One was in the corner and the other was right across on the balcony with a huge spider in it. I honestly think i got bit by one of little ones crawling around on the ground outside. The grounds could be better maintained with all the bugs and insects and spider webs around the property, under stairs, in between rails etc. Its a great place to stay just to get away or relax with your significant other or have a great time with friends, but be aware that you may get ate up by bugs and walk into a few spider webs, especially at night when you can barely see them.

Needs remodeling! Chairs had slashes in them. The mattress from the pull out couch looked dirty and dingy . The pots and pans were over used. The shower was stopped. Overall 2/10

It’s nice and quiet, so it’s the best place to relax. The only thing I want to note is the microwave handle was broken , and they mentioned sending someone to fix it but never did. Overall I give it 4 stars.

This is the type of property that has rooms facing outside. I came an hour before 3:00 pm and was told I would need to pay a $15 early check in fee and $5 for parking. You may want to consider this when comparing prices. The room smelled of strong bleach and it was obvious someone had smoked before in the room. Obvious places were clean but there was heavy dust in less used areas. I think paying an additional amount elsewhere in the area is worth it.

Quiet, spacious rooms and very friendly, responsive hotel staff. The rooms didn't feel clean - there was a huge cigarette stain on the kitchen table and the furniture materials was not comfortable at all. Breakfast options were limited and uninviting. The stay was fine but I'll definitely look for another hotel next time I'm in the area.

Upon getting to our rooms, both smelled really old and stuffy as if it wasn't aired out. My roommate's sinus came down almost immediately. We were given two other rooms. However, there weren't enough pots or pans to cook. The tv in the front did not work, nor did the iron. One of the door locks did not work and had to be repaired. Maintenance personnel leave at 4pm so should anything go wrong and need to be addressed, you have to wait til the morning. Our bathroom sinks did not allow the water to flow out and had to be addressed. Overall, it was horrible and I would never ever stay there again. TRUST!

Chose our stay based on the SONESTA brand….was very disappointed! It appears that the upkeep of this particular property is lacking. There was 1 agent on duty and she was already overwhelmed with complaints from patrons at 8am…I was 4th in line with 3 behind me!!

Apartment style room to help watch out for elderly
We stayed here while a family member was scheduled for a serious surgery and expted to be here for at least 5 days so a 2 bedroom apartment style room was perfect to also watch after elderly parent. Campus was aittle dated and needed exterior cleaning due to the wooded area. Some posts were worn and needed replacing. Interior was acceptable although housecleaning has missed some areas behind tv on the dresser. One bath was out of shower gel and rooms only serviced once a week but you could swap out towels, etc at desk. We didnt realize there was no elevator which was difficult for elderly family member. Staff was wonderful, professional, helpful and breakfast bar was fabulous.
