I didn’t like the fact I paid for a two beds room and received a one bed room. The mirror in the room was broken. I had small black ants in my bathroom and roaches. They don’t greet you once you arrive. The carpet smells and very dirty. Never again will I visit a place with the name of this hotel.

Unclean, roaches, missing pillows, iron boards and basic refreshers like soap. Families live here so there’s a lot of noise. The pictures online are deceiving and the couches are stained with gaps in them.. I would not recommend

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The rooms are mediocre level clean at best and they don’t even try to make anything right when they wrong you! (I.e broken AC or a lack of towels in the room). The lobby looks clean but the further into the hotel you go you realize it’s dirty, smells funny, and only one elevator works! (So you better ask for first floor or be prepared to wait) I witnessed some people get stuck in there before too. Terrible guest service clerks. Just all around BAD

No breakfast, beds was nice, bathroom wasn't clean, hallways loud and hot, bags of trash piled in hallways, elevators sketchy, wouldn't let half my party check in, no explanation except doing an audit. Room had been booked for weeks. 2 hr drive and can't check in, no rooms available anywhere. Would not recommend

The elevators and hallways were dingy and had an odd smell . Probably from the trash bags left in by elevator. The room was cleanliness was okay the only issue was there was glass in the carpet that I stepped on.
