I did not stay at the property. I arrived after 9 pm and was informed that my room had been canceled, even though I booked it months in advance and was traveling with my children for my graduation. The staff member working the front desk on Friday, November 14, 2025, was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed no empathy for the situation.
Earlier that day, my friend who was also staying at the hotel went to the front desk at 4:45 pm to ask questions on my behalf. I was also on the phone at that time making sure the payment method was correct and letting them know I was on my way. At 1:59 pm, I even texted the property to confirm that my arrival would be between 9:30 pm and 10 pm. Despite this, when I arrived at 9:25 pm, I was told my reservation was canceled because they supposedly called me at 6 pm and received no answer. That is completely false. At that time, I was traveling all the way from North Carolina, and no call came through to my phone.
This situation was unacceptable and caused unnecessary stress and hardship.
