Outstanding staff and customer service! Thanks to the maid for her extra care. Overnight security and parking for SUV is great. Only thing missing was a morning buffet. Otherwise, excellent hotel, relaxing stay!

The hotel itself is very beautiful. The rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly. They have coffee every morning and the bar area. The only thing I don’t like about it that it was too loud in the patio. A lot of music going on after 9 PM. The parking was $30, but there’s outdoor parking in the street overall I will stay here again. Oh I forgot the rooms are a little bit smaller side.

We booked a queen room here, reasonable price, for an evening in the city. The hotel is stylish and the staff friendly. They gave us an origami bird to use for a free drink at the bar, so special and enjoyable. The location feels safe and easy to find. It was a short Uber ride from there to many downtown venues. Our only concern was that our room felt a bit humid like the AC wasn’t working perfectly. Still, we had a great night and would book again.

We had a very bad experience with our booking. Reservations were booked via Expedia and when I called the front desk to ask for Credit Card Authorization form, I was told by the "Supervisor" that I would have to CANCEL my Expedia reservation and book directly with the hotel. This was highly unusual and left me feeling like I was SCAMMED by this front desk supervisor. I will never book my team at this property again. No mater how nice the hotel property may seam, this was unacceptable ... I have never been asked to cancel my Expedia reservation and rebook with the hotel directly. UNACCEPTABLE!

Everything about the aesthetics of this place is gorgeous. Very good design. Nice courtyard. Tiny gym but nice peloton bike. Friendly staff. The e bikes are a good added effect and The different themes in the suites are nice. They had bunkbeds and they had little drawers underneath the queen beds in the room. TV was a nice size and nice smart TV that you could use your phone and stream from your phone. Very nice. We had a little fridge, but it did not have a freezer but that was still OK. This is a nice spot if you were a Travel Nurse and wanted to stay long-term someplace. I really like the lobby as well. This is what I don’t like. What I don’t like is the noise. I’m not talking about the noise from the street. I couldn’t hear any noise from the street and that’s shocking, because you are right in the middle of the city. What you could hear is noise from above. Somebody or various people walking back-and-forth. I presume it’s people in the hallway that are walking back-and-forth and the walls are just super thin or I presume that it’s a psychopath or Person suffering from mania from their bipolar because this person did not stop pacing back-and-forth and walking all night. You would think that person weighed 500 pounds because that was some real heavy footsteps. I was so curious to know what the heck is going on and I wanted to go upstairs and take a look for myself because who In the world walks that much. I didn’t like the lack of customer service recovery
