Property is nice and very convenient to the Fox but the rooms are in need of some touch ups. Lots of wear and tear, chipped furniture, unfinished walls behind vanities, drain in sink was pulled out and had black mold or something gross.

I paid for a two bedroom apartment, which is supposed to include a full kitchen. However, when we checked in, we did not have a kitchen. We had one mini refrigerator. We didn’t even have a microwave. When we spoke to the manager, we were told that the kitchen was having the appliances upgraded and that since we booked through a third party, it was their responsibility to let us know that we would not have access to the kitchen. The wait for the elevator was ridiculous. They had two in the lobby but one of them was blocked off that night. The only positive about this hotel was the location. We were there for a show at the Fox Theatre, which was directly across the street.

Room furniture particularly desk and end tables for bed qere in poor condition. Desk was like it was going to fall apart. The lamp near bed was broken. Walls were highly.marked up by colored furniture and looked very dirty.

Used the valet parking which was convenient, we stayed for a football game which was a 10 minute walk to the Bobby Dodd stadium. Only thing that was a little unfortunate was wifi you're only allowed to connect one device so that was something weird have never had to consider who gets to use the wifi. But staff was very friendly. Coffee shop is very good as well.

Nostalgia aside, not the best option in the city if you’re there for a convention. The area around the hotel is sketchy and there are few places to dine. Better to pay more and stay closer to where you’re going to spend the bulk of your time rather than pay to shuttle yourself back and forth. Dinning in the hotel is fine but dinner prices are out of touch with reality and don’t match the quality or selection. The quality of the property could use a little attention. There was a huge space under my door that let light in at night and the WiFi was an issue. Weirdly they boot you after two days despite your length of stay. The high points include the fact that it is a historic property and the coffee was some of the best I have ever had- I will miss the coffee!

Clean and elegant. Loud voices in the hallway late at night/early morning woke is up. Not the hotels fault that some guests are selfish jerks with no manners.
