Hotel was gorgeous and very clean i took my friends on a trip we went for a concert and its very close to the venue. The staff is very friendly and the only problem i have is they have a incident fee that was not on the site when i booked back in June so instead if paying 793 i paid 927. You get the money back if you dont charge things to the room though but other than that it was a amazing stay definetly going again.

The rooms were comfortable with a lot of amenities. The rooms had various lighting that made the room comfortable and inviting. The staff was accommodating and quick to provide any help that was needed from finding someplace to eat, answering questions about the local area to delivering water to our room. Will definitely stay here again!

Not good at all, front desk staff did not allow me for check out without penalty because I tried to do it at 5:00 pm and they said it was until 4:00.: I mentioned to them that there was a storm coming and wanted to move closer to airport ., they said they would have to charge room anyway … as a convoy member felt very bad that the hotel policy’s preceded the customers needs under these type of circumstances.. will really not Recomend this no voy member relationship to anyone Genaro Perez (809) 350-5382
