Great location close to Lennox Square. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Very clean and comfy rooms with plush beds and super soft sheets. The city view from the 6th floor was very pretty at night. The water station in the lobby is a convenient and environmentally friendly alternative to supplying water bottles in the room. Choose from still, sparking, or alkaline. Beautiful lobby, bar and restaurant. Would be a perfect location for conferences and events. Quick and easy checkin. Parking deck is a little sketchy/dark/dirty but safe and uncrowded. Parking is $55 each night which is expensive but on par for the Buckhead area.

It has both positive and negative points. Positive - facility and room was quite nice. Big bathroom. In general has plenty of counter top, table top spaces to put things out. Enough electrical outlets to charge all the devices. Negative s - business lounge was not open during the weekend, front desk lady was kind of rude and unfriendly. No service unless you call before 12 noon. Seems not well managed as staff don’t seem to know what each other was doing. Paper said cafe open till 12. Front desk said 11:30am. When I got there at 11:10, it was closed at 11am. Since it was the last date of my stay, I missed using my $25 f&b credit! I had late check out yet maid knocked on my door at 11am. Not well coordinated.

Friendly, and ease of check in. We had a corner room (1120) and the view was amazing. I walked to Lenox Mall for Black Friday and was the perfect move. Rooms were clean and updated. I wish I got the young lady’s name at the coffee shop on the motor level… She was so friendly and made me the best cup of coffee for my quick walk to the mall. May start doing that on the regular. Thanks for a nice stay!

The check-in was very quick. Our room was very spacious and clean. When we needed sheets for the sleeper sofa, housekeeping brought them extremely quickly and made up the bed for us. The hotel is nicely, located across from an excellent mall with lots of dining options.
