I arrived early after a redeye flight from California to Atlanta. My plane landed at 4:48 but I had to wait for Marta to open at 6 AM. Arrive to the hotel shortly after 7 AM. They allowed me to check in early which I’m much appreciated. The hotel is the usual Westin quality. My only complaint is the $250 hold they put on your card is a bit much. Not even Vegas charges that much. Most Vegas hotels put $100 or $150 per night but I’m only staying one night so 250 for one night seems extreme, but that’s their policy.

We had a late night checkin, not towels in the room, tv dont work, unchanged bedding with hair everywhere in the bathroom, we called all night no response, thank God someone pickup up the phone in the morning with extreme rude attitude, when i complained about the condition of the room, he said he's going to send someone to get the towel, however "our tvs dont work for the past 3 days" and hungup. Ill never recommend this hotel for no one nor will i ever use it again
