Unfortunately, I had to change rooms four times because there was toothpaste in the sink hair in the shower, dirty dishes in the sink and toilet paper and another trash on the bathroom floor all in different rooms. Unfortunately, this place needs to be cleaned up. They do have a new general manager, so hopefully that will help and improve.

The worst hotel you can ever stay .. I booked a 2 bedroom loft when I get there the hotel receptionist notify me the room Is not available because they don’t have House keeping. The manage “ stay on property” I was told but stop answering for the receptionist when he tried to contact for a discount. So I ask for a refund when I look at my bank statement I was double charge smh . Plus it was other guest in hotel lobby complaining they got the wrong room.. Don’t waste your time & don’t believe the pictures

Stinky. Not clean. I personally mopped one small section of the floor and it was horrible. Carpet horrible. Smelt like DOGS lived there a long time or mold. The smell was crucial.

We were needing to evacuate from Florida for the hurricane and chose this place based on the location and Expedia reviews. Upon arriving after sitting in evacuee traffic for 12 hours we got into the room after hours. Upon arrival at 1am the smell when you walk in is horrible. The overwhelming smell of dog pee was making me sick. After arriving and looking around the sheets were dirty, the floors had dried up dog pee spots all along the walls and baseboards, next to the bed, there were bugs everywhere, shower was dirty, sink had what looked like a

If you want to reserve a place taking the chance that they might give your room away before you get there even though you talked to them days before letting them know your flight gets in a little late, then this is the place for you. If Expedia had smarter business sense, they would drop places that are not trustworthy for their customers like this one so you don't become stranded on the street at midnight when you arrive and to top it off, act like they couldn't care less. Should have known that when the two separate times I called before, wouldn't have been put in the system.....

had an extremely disappointing experience! There was no TV or WiFi, and law enforcement was contacted due to my complaints. Montgomery, the front desk staff member, made unacceptable racist remarks. Management's response was inadequate, merely stating that Montgomery would receive additional training. The room was unclean, infested with water bugs, and had unpleasant odors. I wish I could attach photos to illustrate these issues. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

The mop head used to clean the room was left on the couch - existing toilet paper roll in bathroom had blood on it - shower had mold growing in it. You are only given one towel, but the room did have its own washer and dryer. The location is great for shopping and places to eat - if it had been clean would have been a great place to stay.

Janet was a superstar and an angel in finding a solution during my check-in. She went out of her way to make sure i was comfortable. It's a perfectly managed property with blocks of unit in a cozy location with ample parking. Serene and peaceful. My room was clean and pretty modern. Although, I had issues with wifi for a bit. Otherwise, great place to stay

If only housekeeping had any experience…
This hotel would get 5 stars from me, if it wasn’t for one detail. The room was unacceptably filthy, top to bottom. I actually went to a local big box store and spent about $70 on cleaning supplies and cleaning tools and spent an entire day sanitizing everything! That is not why I travel and is completely unacceptable.

The unit is on a property with apartments that are occupied by longer term residents. The issue we had is that whatever cleaning products were used were overwhelming. It made the unit hard to be in.
