Gorgeous 1 bedroom 1 bathroom right next to the boardwalk and beach. Condo is directly next to Ventnor pier with a fully balcony overlooking the ocean. Condo is Fully furnished with 55” and 45” flat screen TVs . Washer/dryer in unit. Easy access to parking and beach. Beach chairs and 2 beach cruisers upon request. Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
After arriving no info to get in. Owner refused all calls and texts to gain entry for over an hour, stranded with 2 children out of state. Building is tired, noisy construction and its trucks & vehicles taking up metered and street parking around the building. Look like he is discriminating against children. Could’ve mentioned that instead of stranding us.
