Room was not comfortable. Only one towel in the bathroom. No body wash. Lights not working in the bathroom. Coffee machine was not cleaned from last time use. They are charging extra $20 for parking where entire parking lot was almost free.

Called this morning at 9 am to request washcloths and at 10:45 none have been provided. As a Marriott Bonvoy member I am extremely disappointed with the pisspoor customer service at this property.

The staff were amazing. From the time I checked in to the time the moment I checked out they were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. This hotel exceeded my expectations, especially for a last minute booking on a busy weekend.

I did not have breakfast, the room was clean, but the hot water was not consistent. There were instances when the hot water would just turn cold. Other than the hot water issue, i was satisfied with the room and my one night stay.

Staff were awful. I had to wait so long until my room was ready. First one of the staff told me to come in 15 minutes. Then, it was not ready yet. I came back almost one hour later, it was not ready. When I went to the room’s bathroom, I looked that the soap was used, it had hair. I went to the counter and did a complaint. Room was cold.
