Great breakfast free! Good suite for family of 4.
Breakfast was very good -free-with a nice spread…waffle maker, 2 types of eggs and meats, oatmeal and cereals, breads, fruit, hot and cold drinks. Room was nice, suite with 2 queen beds allowed for enough space for a family of 4 to spread out. Only issue was the room had a hear/cool unit in each room. The one in the bedroom kept running and blowing out cold air. The one in the other room helped a bit as we turned the heat up on it.

Got a handicap room did not need it or ask for one. Remotes poor shape. Sofa was horrible to sit on. Shower water ran into bathroom. Room not updated. Expensive for poor quality. Not up to Fairfield standards

Keep up with the maintenance.
Alway love Hilton properties however this one needs a little maintenance. Closet door was not closing and the toilet paper holder was almost off the wall.

The first staff member that checked me in was wonderful. The one that came later on at night was not that helpful. The worst thing is their heat would blast freezing cold air for 5 minutes and switch to heat for two minutes. I asked to switch the room because I tried everything, but unit in the other room did the same thing. I called my coworkers in the other four rooms and they all had the same issue. This resulted in not being able to sleep at night due to freezing despite how high we turned the heat on. In addition the mattress and pillows sink in. The worst experience I have ever had. We were all exhausted at the work conference the next morning. In addition, there was hair in the tub and on the toilet seat. Very disgusting.

I booked this hotel for my Mother and it was horrible. she checked in and had to leave and get a room at The Borgata in AC. She said it was dirty and not safe. would never recommended or come to this place again
