The parking that’s about it. My room was left dirty and the cleaner did not even refill the soap and had to buy my own and I even took pictures and pictures of the window and all the dust bunnies. On top of that I left tip I wish I knew they didn’t care

This had become one of my favorites properties over the summer. My last stay changed that completely. Housekeeping totally failed this hotel. I was assigned a room at check in that had not been cleaned properly toothpaste and hair were all over the sink, feces in the toilet and a stain on the bed. I went back to the front desk where the agent could care less. He was non apologetic simply handed me keys to a new room. The second room I was assigned was less than savory. Also funky, touch surfaces had not been wiped, I had to leave and purchase wipes and Lysol to clean up myself. The front desk manager offered a danish and coffee for my inconvenience. SMH!

I understand they had staff shortages, I haven’t had my room cleaned once I had to be asking the cleaners as they go by for towel change and tissue. There is this constant noise coming from the air conditioner even when it’s turned off. Not to mention the drilling noise coming from the roof during the day so we make sure we go out. I’ve had better holidays certainly not my favourite, my recommendation is do your research before you travel to this location. I certainly won’t be going back.
