This was a fun place to stay for a night. Lots to look at. The staff, from the valets, the front desk, the gaming tables and housekeeping is excellent, very friendly. Many dining and drink options are still available into the wee hours. (Many casinos seem to practically shut down around 10pm lately) The only negative is distance from the parking garage, to the front desk to the North tower, then to the casino. Lots of walking but as i said before, lots to look at too.

The view of the ocean from our room was amazing. The hotel was clean and well appointed. As with all big casino hotels. It’s pretty spread out and takes a while to get from room to restaurants, bars etc. I’d definitely stay again.

I like coming to hear the live bands in the Lobby Bar. YouYU restaurant was great. I do not like that you rope off seating for reserved sections on Friday nights in the Lobby Bar. You need a hot tub in your pool area. The rooms in the South Tower could really use some work. We saw dishes outside our room when we arrived and they stayed their for two nights until we left. The closet door in our room was coming off, the tub had a big uncomfortable bubble in the middle where you stood and the refrigerator did not look clean on the inside. You should also cover your paper cups in plastic which would be more sanitary. You really could do a whole lot better for the money people pay to come and give to you. I will be putting this review on other travel sites.

Hard to get drinks at the bar, Bartenders tend to stay in one area with other bartenders and get in long conversations. Waiting time for elevators is unusually lengthy. Employees on Casino Floor and in Food Court Areas are not very personable. Don’t like the fact, I paid almost $900 for my two day stay and was charged $30 for the parking?
