Deluexe Room that we book was not available and we were not told. we only realized when we saw our friends standard room and realized it was the same. it was complicated and we still have not gotten a refund for the difference in room. Due to having recent spinal surgery, I require extra bed pillows in order to sleep a certain way so that I don’t re-injure my spine. When I called down to the Housekeeping and asked them to send up the extra bed pillows, they told me that they could send two but not four. I then explain the situation again to them and they said that they will try to accommodate me and put in a request. We’re talking about two extra bed pillows. So they deliver to not for I had the worst nights sleep ever my neck and my spine are horrible in pain all because they could not accommodate a request for four bed pillows never ever will. I stay at hard rock again any hard rock and I will be sure to send a letter to corporate
