There is old food in the refrigerator. The Front desk receptionist was sharing their negative thoughts regarding Expedias experience regarding the accuracy of the resort fee $36 vs $40. There are no carts available from self parking to the room. When having a lot of laugge it's very challenging to get to the check in and then back to the parking and then back to the room. No help from the front desk as quoting "not our responsibility".

Upon arrival I was told that the room I booked was unavailable. I was given an upgrade from the North Tower King room to the South Tower Apollo Suite. It was such a pleasant surprise! The suite was so nice and spacious. The smart tv, two bathrooms and the walk-in closet were my favorite features. Beautiful room and view and amazing customer service. It was a great 1st experience at the Hard Rock. I will. definitely be returning.

The room was cleaned, I’m just not positive if the sheets were cleaned. Not bc I found anything in the bed but I noticed a bad smell ( like a sweaty head) in the pillows. I usually always bring my own p/cases to use but didn’t this ONE time!! The staff & service were great! I like the fact that I could order a drink from my machine!! That was Great! & the cocktail waitresses were spot on & very courteous & nice! I just hope that The Hard Rock doesn’t cut rewards bc I only come down in summer!! Resorts did that to me & I won’t return to them!! I guess the usual $5000 - $8000 I dropped in Resorts wasn’t good enough in the many summers I spent with them! So, please don’t cut me off Hard Rock! I will be down in the winter-Spring as well! Thanks for the opportunity Hard Rock for a decent summer! CC fr Philly

The spa was fantastic! My husband and I had a couples massage and Mary gave me the best massage I've ever had! The spa was beautiful. We enjoyed the restaurants and food options. We also really appreciated the Veteran discount program. The room was large and clean and the boardwalk activities were directly in front of the hotel. We really enjoyed our vacation and plan to return as this was our favorite Atlantic City resort and casino that we've ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

They ran out of nonsmoking rooms. So, front desk staff promptly gave us very specious and beautiful suite at a very high elevation with nice view 👍
