Resort is very impressive- many dining options! Just wish the sheets were softer and mattresses a little comfier. Parking is pricey and you get hit with more taxes and fees at check in- also drinks are super pricey so be prepared. We came for a concert, not to gamble so no freebies for us.

I enjoyed my stay at Hard Rock Hotel. The room itself was comfortable. It was quiet which was perfect for my busy lifestyle. My concerns were more with the billing. The extra fees on top of extra fees! I well understand there would be some but my goodness! It was out of hand! I stayed for 2 nights and those additional fees were the worst! By no means am I a penny pincher but come on! Not to mention how confusing all the additional charges were! If it matters to you, my takeaway from the experience would be to pay attention to what you're being charged for!

We got to our room, and the toilet was dirty. The drapes didn't close all the way, and were never fixed. Housekeeping came at nine in the morning and, since we didn't want the room cleaned as we were still in bed, our room never got cleaned. Do not stay here.
